This Refund Policy governs all payments made toward courses, academic programs, workshops, crash courses, and training programs offered by Nabatara Institute, operating under Nabatara Foundation. By enrolling in any course or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All course fees, registration fees, advance payments, installment payments, and program-related charges paid to Nabatara Institute are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as
- Change of mind by the student
- Non-attendance or partial attendance
- Personal, medical, professional, or travel-related reasons
- Dissatisfaction with course content, duration, or delivery
- Inability to complete or continue the course
Once a payment is made, it is considered final and binding.
2. Adjustment of Advance Fees for Future Enrollment
While refunds are not permitted, Nabatara Institute offers a one-time goodwill provision allowing advance course fees to be adjusted against future enrollments.
- Advance amounts may be adjusted when the student enrolls in another course or program offered by Nabatara Institute
- Adjustments are subject to course availability, fee structure at the time of re-enrollment, and institutional approval
- Adjusted amounts are non-transferable and cannot be encashed or converted into cash refunds
- Any difference in course fees must be paid by the student at the time of re-enrollment
This adjustment option is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute a refund.
3. Course Fees Paid in Installments
For courses where fees are paid in installments:
- All installments paid are non-refundable
- Failure to complete remaining installments may result in suspension or cancellation of course access
- Installments already paid may be adjusted toward future enrollments, subject to approval and validity period
4. Workshops, Crash Courses, and Special Programs
Fees paid for workshops, crash courses, retreats, special training programs, or short-term courses are also non-refundable. Adjustment of fees for such programs is not guaranteed and is subject to specific program terms communicated at the time of enrollment.
5. Institutional Changes and Force Majeure
Nabatara Institute reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any course, batch, or program due to operational requirements, faculty availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the institute may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or fee adjustment options, but cash refunds shall not be issued.
6. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By enrolling in any course or making any payment on Nabatara.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. Continued participation in any program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
7. Policy Amendments
Nabatara Institute reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
